2 oz Vodka
1/2 oz Lime juice
1/2 oz Sugar syrup 'rich' (2:1)
How to make
Serve in a coupe glass
Prepare
- 1 Select and pre-chill a COUPE GLASS.
- 2 Prepare garnish of basil leaf.
Method
- 3 Lightly MUDDLE basil (just to bruise) in base of shaker.
- 4 Add other ingredients and SHAKE with ice.
- 5 FINE STRAIN into chilled glass.

- 6 Garnish with basil leaf boat floated on cocktail.
