Ingredients

1 1/2 oz Scotch whisky
1 oz Fino sherry
1/4 oz Chartreuse Yellow
3/4 oz Advocaat liqueur
1/24 oz Peated malt whisky

How to make

Serve in a coupe glass

Prepare

  1. 1 Select and pre-chill a COUPE GLASS.
  2. 2 Prepare garnish of mini Christmas pudding/cake.

Method

  1. 3 SHAKE first 4 ingredients with ice.
  2. 4 FINE STRAIN into chilled glass.
  3. 5 FLOAT drizzle of peated whisky.

  1. 6 Garnish with skewered mini Christmas pudding/cake.
