Ingredients
2 oz Gin
1 oz Lemon juice
1/4 oz Sugar syrup 'rich' (2:1)
2 scoop Lemon sorbet
Top up with Soda from siphon
How to make
Serve in a collins glass
- 1 SHAKE first four ingredients with ice and strain into ice-filled glass
- 2 TOP with soda from a siphon.
History
Almost creamy, this gin fizz recalls the Sgroppino of Venice.
