Ingredients

2 oz Birch eau-de-vie
1 oz Dry vermouth
1 dash Lemon bitters

How to make

Serve in a martini (small) glass

Method

  1. 1 Select and pre-chill a MARTINI (SMALL) GLASS.
  2. 2 Prepare garnish of kalamata olive and rosemary sprig.
  3. 3 STIR all ingredients with ice.
  4. 4 FINE STRAIN into chilled glass.
