Ingredients

2 inch Cucumber (fresh)
5 fresh Raspberries
1 1/2 oz Vodka
1/2 oz Raspberry vodka
1/2 oz Raspberry liqueur
1/4 oz Sugar syrup 'rich' (2:1)

How to make

Serve in a martini glass

Prepare

  1. 1 Select and pre-chill a MARTINI GLASS.
  2. 2 Prepare garnish of skewered raspberries.

Method

  1. 3 MUDDLE cucumber and raspberries in base of shaker.
  2. 4 Add other ingredients and SHAKE with ice.
  3. 5 FINE STRAIN into chilled glass.

Garnish

  1. 6 Garnish with skewered raspberries.
