Ingredients
3 fresh Mint leaves
1 1/2 oz Vodka
1 oz Mastiha liqueur
1 oz Birch water
1/4 oz Fino sherry
8 drop Mint bitters
How to make
Serve in a coupe glass
- 1 MUDDLE mint in base of stirring glass
- 2 Add other ingredients, STIR with ice and fine strain into chilled glass.

This cocktail is named for its woody notes, derived from birch water and mastiha, not for the Cheers character or The Beatles' song.
