5/12 oz Chartreuse Yellow
5/6 oz Lemon juice
5/12 oz Honey and water syrup

How to make

Serve in a coupe glass

  1. 1 Select and pre-chill a COUPE GLASS.
  2. 2 Prepare garnish of lemon zest twist.

  1. 3 SHAKE all ingredients with ice.
  2. 4 FINE STRAIN into chilled glass.

  1. 5 EXPRESS lemon zest twist over the cocktail and use as garnish.

A gin-laced sour, with rich honey and herbal liqueur balancing tart lemon juice.

This drink is a variation on the Bees Knees, influenced by Yellow Chartreuse. Instead of a bee, it is named after the American term for wasps, which is what English people call them.
