Ingredients

1 oz Light white rum
1 oz Limoncello liqueur
3 1/2 oz Bitter lemon tonic

How to make

Serve in a collins glass

Prepare

  1. 1 Select and pre-chill a COLLINS GLASS.
  2. 2 Prepare garnish of lemon wedge.

Method

  1. 3 SHAKE first 2 ingredients with ice.
  2. 4 STRAIN into ice-filled glass whilst also pouring bitter lemon tonic.

Garnish

  1. 5 EXPRESS lemon zest twist over the cocktail and use as garnish.
