Ingredients

5 fresh Mint leaves
2 oz Bison grass vodka
1 oz Lime juice
3/4 oz Orgeat syrup
1/2 oz Chilled water

How to make

Serve in a coupe glass

Prepare

  1. 1 Select and pre-chill a COUPE GLASS.
  2. 2 Prepare garnish of mint sprig

Method

  1. 3 Gently MUDDLE mint in base of shaker (just to bruise).
  2. 4 Add other ingredients and SHAKE with ice.
  3. 5 FINE STRAIN into chilled glass.

Garnish

  1. 6 Garnish with mint sprig.

History

Bison grass vodka pairs wonderfully with mint and almond.

This cocktail was created in May 2002 by Phillip Jeffrey at the GE Club in London, England. He made it for a friend named Zelda; the name would not have been as fitting if she had been named Tracy.
