Ingredients

1/6 oz Fernet liqueur
24 dried Raisins
2 oz Cognac (brandy)
1/6 oz Coffee liqueur
1/4 oz Maple syrup
1 oz Chilled water

How to make

Serve in a martini glass

Prepare

  1. 1 Select and pre-chill a MARTINI GLASS.
  2. 2 Prepare garnish of coffee beans.

Method

  1. 3 RINSE glass with fernet (swirl around to coat and discard excess) and set to one side.
  2. 4 MUDDLE raisins with brandy/cognac in base of shaker.
  3. 5 Add other ingredients and SHAKE with ice.
  4. 6 FINE STRAIN into fernet-rinsed glass.

Garnish

  1. 7 Garnish with 3 coffee beans floated on surface.

Rich and pungent, with limited sweetness.
