Ingredients

1 wedge Watermelon (fresh)
2 1/2 oz Bison grass vodka
1/2 oz Sugar syrup 'rich' (2:1)
3 fresh Raspberries

How to make

Serve in a collins glass

Prepare

  1. 1 Select and pre-chill a COLLINS GLASS.
  2. 2 Prepare garnish of 3 fresh raspberries.

Method

  1. 3 MUDDLE 60g / 2.1oz watermelon flesh (removed from skin and chopped) in base of shaker.
  2. 4 Add raspberries and MUDDLE some more.
  3. 5 Add other ingredients and SHAKE with ice.
  4. 6 FINE STRAIN into ice-filled glass.

Garnish

  1. 7 Garnish with raspberries.

History

Few ingredients, but plentiful flavour.
