Named after the 10th Mountain Division — soldiers trained in the mountains of the western United States to prepare them for the climates of the Alps during WWII — 10th Mountain Bourbon is the result of a Kickstarter campaign to bring a distillery to the ski town of Vail, Colorado. Their bourbon is made from 75% Colorado corn, 20% American rye, and 5% malted barley and is aged for 2 years.
