About this bottle
San Jose's 10th Street Distillery STR Cask is a non-peated American single malt whisky made with domestic 2-row barley. It's double distilled in copper pot stills, non-chill filtered, and made with mineral-rich snowmelt from the Sierra Mountains. Maturation is done in STR casks which have gone through the Shave-Toasted-Re-charred process. The whisky is bottled at 92 proof.
