Very unique you can smell the softness from the wheat grain. Oak starts to come through and can definitely get that rice spice. Palate is the exact same in your mouth start soft then at the finish has a high rye proof to close out the poor. Surprisingly does not leave a heavy Kentucky hug. Sips two and three were by far the best compared to the initial taste. Very unique don’t know if it’s $180 bottle unique but a great poor!
