1792 Full Proof Straight Bourbon (barrel 146)

Nice fruit and honey on the nose. A bit of stone fruit through the palate, but harshness is there as well. Finish is astringent & dries the palate.

Mother of pearl is this hot. Burns your taste buds off. Add water and you get corn sweetness and classic bourbon notes. Not my style.

Very good, warming, not hot. Lots of oak and wood, vanilla, cinnamon, roasted walnuts, pecans, aroma of kraft caramels

Strong caramel nose, taste Caramel, spices & a nice hug going down
