1804 Grand Imperial Orange Liqueur

A complex, fruit liqueur from France crafted with wild tropical oranges & aged in oak. It has an aromatic birth with notes of orange & Cognac; while a rich & thick life added notes of bitter orange & nut; that led to a long & complex death with notes of vanilla & hobby glue. May / June 2019 / October 2024

Because Cointreau is getting pricy to put into our Rita’s so trying something new! Sweet on the lips with heavy orange (obvi) and not as smooth as Cointreau however, I don’t mind it. Time to finish the Rita’s and see how it tastes in them!
