Drillaud has a somewhat vegetal flavor that throws off its otherwise fine raspberry flavor. If one mixes it though, the flavor is good. This is not a liqueur to be consumed straight, but it is good in mixes and that seems to be it's primary use case (especially considering its price). Note: I suspect that this rating was over-generous, but I don't have any more available to taste, so I'm going with the score I gave at the time.
