A delicate, Flavored Agave Spirit by NOM 1438; made with brick oven roasted Blue Weber Agave from both the Highland & lowland regions of Jalisco, Mexico; then double distilled before being infused with natural flavors. It has an aromatic birth with notes of cooked agave & fresh vegetables; while a complex life adds notes of chile & cucumber; that led to a crisp death of medium length. December 2021
I knew this was gonna be horrible. I hate tequila, jalapeño, and cucumber. I gagged which atomatically makes it the lowest possible but thats my own issues unlike sombra which is an act o terrorism. On the positive side its smooth and its finish ends fast.
Aromas as expected. Cucumber more than jalapeño. Some sweetness on the flavor but the jalapeño takes over. It not hot. Not beyond the alcohol. But it’s favorfull.
Crisp fresh cucumber and jalapeño flavors with a smooth tequila finish. Not gimmicky, like a fresh treat from the garden.
Vegetal. Jalapeno. Cucumber. Fresh. Light refreshing apiciness.
