About this bottle
6 O'Clock is the rare instance in the ginscape of a company that began as a sloe gin producer, then began marketing a London Dry on its own. To make this version, locally grown sloe berries (which are like tiny plums that grow in the late summer/early autumn) are left to steep in the company's London Dry for at least 6 months, with a high "sloe to gin" ratio.
