About this bottle
For Bristol, England's 6 O Clock's Damson Gin, the fruit (much like a small plum, typically harvested in late summer), macerates in the brand's London Dry Gin for at last six months. Sugar is then added to balance the natural tartness of the damsons. This is bottled at 40% ABV, which is about 10% more than a typical sloe gin.
