A delicate, Flavored Agave Spirit by Casa Maestri NOM 1438; made with brick oven roasted Blue Weber Agave from both the Highland & lowland regions of Jalisco, Mexico; then double distilled before being infused with natural flavors. It has an aromatic birth with notes of cooked agave & fresh tropical fruits; while a complex life adds notes of mango & pineapple; that led to a candied death of medium length. December 2021
