A delicate, Single Cask Single Malt Scotch Whisky by Teaninich Distillery in Highland, Scotland aged for 14 years in ex-Bourbon casks before being bottled at a full 108.6 proof by Alexander Murray out of California. It has an aromatic birth with notes of apple, lemon zest, heather, roasted grain & toasted oak; while an elegant & floral life adds notes of green apple, mixed citrus zests, orange blossoms, granola clusters & oak spice; that led to a delicate death of medium length with hints of pear, orange & toasted oak.
