Alfa Constellation's Singular and Fine 10 Year Old Solera

Medium sweet with a layered and complex profile. Cocoa, vanilla and spice dominate with smokey notes and some raisin coming through. A little reminicint of christmas cake with some heat on the end. Nice to sip.

Nose: cinnamon, vanilla, maybe hints of oak Palate: cinnamon, raisins, light smokiness Finish: Quite dry with some raisins or dates notes
