The 12 years is probably one of the most smooth in the category (12 years) in IMO. So what about the XO Eye: Copper, dark, dense. Noise: Spicy wood, banana, dry fruit, some vanilla. Taste: The same you smell is the same you taste, the banana is probably the most exotic note. In general it is an amazing rum, awesome, delicious box and presentation.

Had thai a cew days ago after a long timw gap. From the first sip i remembered hiw good this was. The nose hit me with a caramel note that transferred to the palate. I wish this was a little higher, but overall a nice rum, easy sipper, enjoyable.
Enjoying at Weston in Lima Peru. Very pleasant sipping rum. Slightly sweet with brown sugar and molasses plus complexities of raisins and spice.
Pleasantly sweet taste, oak vanilla and caramel. Lingering on palette for long period of time. Minor alcohol afterburn in the back of throat
Needs to rest in the glass for 15 minutes or so for the full flavour profile to develop.
Super sweet, low proof. Don't think it's worth the premium
