About this bottle
St. Nicholas Abbey has existed as a rum producer in Barbados since the 1700s. The facility was acquired in 2006 by Larry Warren, who gave it a thorough restoration, including re-racking the existing casks. This rum is a combination of column and copper pot stilled rums distilled at the Foursquare Distillery and aged at St. Nicholas Abbey in their high altitude location for a minimum of 10 years. The rum is bottled in an ornate, etched decanter bottle.
