A short rush of caramel with a trailing of mild oak. There is a familiar flavor that comes out heavily in bulleits single malt strangely enough which is a fennel-esque rye note. althoug i know there is none considering the mash bill is 95% wheat/ 5% malted barley. The finish is pretty short and one dimensional with mild brown sugar. I feel like this could be a great mixer for an old fashion or a quick shot but i wouldnt expect an everyday pour.
