Alto del Carmen Pisco 40° Envejecido is bottled at 80 proof and classified as a "pisco reservado" in Chile. Using muscat grapes harvested from the Huasco and Elqui valleys, the spirit is double-distilled and aged more than 12 months in barrels of American white oak and French holm oak.
