Honeyed, floral grape nose. Palate is very mild. Buttery, slightly sweet floral continues. Moscatel grape shines. Water brings out lime rind and makes it a little dry. Finish is brief.
I don't have much experience with pisco, but I don't mind this one. Drinks like a gin/tequila/brandy hybrid with some herbal, vegetal and grapey presence. Pretty smooth.
