Nose: vanilla, caramel, baked apple, floral and earthy, wood Taste: caramel, rye spice, heavy oak, tobacco Finish: lingering finish. Heavy oak. Almond nuttiness. Adding water didn’t open up the nose. Really subdued the oak. Sweeter on the palate. Nice rye spice still. Made it creamier mouthfeel. Still a lot of oak on the finish but it’s not overwhelming.
