It has an aromatic birth with notes of grain, spices & wood; while a delicate life adds notes of cereal grains; that led to a balanced death of medium length with notes of toasted oak, cedar & butterscotch. What? Not from Kentucky? Pretty decent bourbon to make it sip worthy and an interesting combination of mid scale notes. Lands distinctly on the middle shelf.
Meium depth, faint garrigue, not mich depth but very pleasing on the palate. Nice for a manhattan
