Amrut Single Cask (Bottled 2013)

Nose: Cinnamon and Sherry, with notes of caramelized brown sugar and vanilla. Palate: More spices appear, some clove and anise. Very bourbon like. Some ripe fruits make an appearance as it opens up more. Finish: more of that clove and dry cinnamon with hints of vanilla.

Nose: port wine, raisin, and a hint of Christmas cake Taste: rich, deep, sweet and spicy, syrupy and thick, dark fruit, sugar and raisin. a definite sherry bomb Finish: a long, slow burn of a finish
