Released in November 2020, Andalusia Bottled in Bond Single Malt is the first Texas bottled in bond whiskey released in the state. It is made from 100% malted barley and is aged for four years in 53-gallon, char #4 oak barrels. It is bottled at 100 proof and available exclusively at the distillery in the Texas Hill Country.

A friend grabbed this bottle from the distillery. I was intrigued as I really enjoy their normal product. Really enjoy where this is headed. Not quite as wonderful as the cask strength peated whisky they do, but I would definitely recommend this
Nose: Molasses, orange peel, and faint black tea. Palate: brown sugar, diner coffee, oak, and banana bread. Finish: Oak tannin but not overly drying, lingering oak spice.
Warm and inviting nose. Fragrant with long lasting palate.
