About this bottle
Palo Duro is the first in a series planned by Andalusia Whiskey Co. to showcase different Texas malters with different whiskey styles. This one is an American single malt made from grain grown in the Texas High Plains and malted by TexMalt in Fort Worth where it is smoked with peachwood from Pink Tractor Farms, in Blanco, TX. It was mashed and distilled in 2018, then aged 3 years in new #4 char American oak barrels. The whiskey is bottled at 100 proof and available as of August, 2021.
