Coming off the heels of a peated whiskey and its a neck pour. Nose: Caramel, butterscotch, powdered sugar, light raisins. Dark chocolate. Very faint light peach and rye spice. Taste: maple syrup and oak. Dense caramel and sugary sweetness. Very dense baking spices if you chew it a bit. Port and oak come to the front with some water.
