Very complex. Lots of baking spice and carmel. There is a good heat as well. The oils are very pronounced leaving a long lasting finish of carrmelized apple. This will be a staple in my collection.

Beer guy but starting to get into bourbons and whiskeys. This smells oaky and smokey. It has heat to it but has caramel notes. It tastes complex to me.

Anita’s poor choice. Unique flavor profile. Not sure what this aftertaste is but I wish it would go away. Also it’s technically not bourbon?

You can definitely tell that this mash bill has more going on than a standard bourbon. Smooth, but nothing specifically stands out.

NickatNite 3.5

Nothing too overpowering or complex. Oat and rice grain mellows the spice of a trafitional bourbon. Good pour but just alright

Djbandy20 2.5

Young, interesting mouthfeel, taste and finish. Utilizes 6 grains in the mash bill. Needs a couple more years of aging
