About this bottle
Founded by Jesuit Priests in 1857, Château Ksara is the oldest winery in Lebanon. Their arak, named Ksarak, is triple-distilled from select grapes and quality aniseed from the area of Mt. Hermon. It matures for 2 years in clay jars made in Beit Chabab, a Lebanese village known for traditionally handcrafted pottery and ceramics.
