Archie Rose Sandigo Heritage Rye Malt Whisky

Banana creme brûlée on the palette. Spice from the rye tamed with a little ice to lower the proof. On the nose the brown sugars remind me of a dark rum and black tea. Pricy, but definitely worth it. Very much a sip and savour.

Each tome I taste this I love it a little more. Rich and complex. Rum sweetness and molasses flavours, with spicy burn from the rye. I need more of this.
