Ardmore 2011 11 Year Benchmark Series UK Exclusive Oloroso Cask (Murray McDavid)

First smell was a bit empty and one-layered with a bit of sherry, oak, salt, chicken broth and spices. It opens up a bit with water getting pear, ananas and cottom candy notes. Taste is rather solventy and smoky.
