As Above So Below Astrologist Bourbon

Waht a cool bourbon. The master distill opened this cute place in Santa fe a couple years back but just came out with this bourbon that she had cooking her her back pocket and its delicious. Tried neat. On the nose its smooth, floral, and sweet with notes of oak, vanilla, cinnamon. On the palate its smooth and ends with a smooth finish with notes of flowers, cinammon. Going to have to come back to this.. trying ti di date night. Dont worry, im buying a bottle. #NMTRUE

Nose brings forward Cinnamon Raisin Bread with hints of caramel, which translates directly to the front end of the Palate. The front Palate recedes quickly into baking spice and spearmint on the back Palate, which slides into the oily and medium Finish that coats the tongue.
