ASW Tire Fire Cask Strength

This whiskey has a silky mouthfeel. Not super viscous, but it’s oily enough and coats the mouth well. Nice sweetness up front followed by Lovely peat smoke and almond extract flavor akin to angelfood cake. A nice toasty, chocolate note on the back end. This is a very enjoyable whiskey. Not incredibly complex, but not one dimensional either. Pretty transparent labeling as well. You’re getting a non age stated, cask strength, peated whiskey. Its non chill filtered, no color added and its distilled and bottled here in the USA. Hard to complain about all that for $60.

Neat -- Tastes like charcoal and the finish is like an ash tray (context: I like Islay scotch) With an ice cube (I rarely do this) -- salvaged the bottle, MUCH better
