Chapter 7 is a Swiss independent label which specializes in hand-picked single cask releases. They are bottled at cask strength and are non chill filtered. This release was distilled on the 3rd of April 2008 at the Aultmore distillery. The whisky was finished in a first-fill oloroso sherry cask before being bottled on the 4th of September 2017 at a cask strength of 62.2% ABV.
