Nose: The nose is sweet, corn notes and candy corn with a floral bouquet that marks this as a very approachable bourbon. Taste: The taste has a slightly stronger kick due to the higher alcohol content, but is sweet with caramel, vanilla, red cherries, and honey land on your pallet. It has a fresh almost minty finish. Opinion: This is a great whiskey. It's definitely a bourbon to have on your wish list, I think it's worth trying! If you live in or near Colorado Springs and don't want a whole bottle, the distillery and whiskey house are for sure worth visiting too! (Get the "Tobacco Old Fashioned"!) Cheers!

Poured neat. Mesquite bbq chips, brown sugar and a hint of orange peel the nose. A small bit of a clove in there as well. Coats the mouth fairly well although a little thin. All the sweetness carries over from before although the brown sugar note has become caramelized. Chipped almonds and a heafty pinch of baking spice rounds things out nicely. Each sip leaves a little tingle on the tongue but the finish is fairly short overall. Leather and sweet oak flavors lingering longest.

This is my everyday. It’s everything the name says. Maybe biased because of where it’s made but I love it. One that will always stay in the shelf for me. Price point is good. Finish is good. Straight or rocks. Perfect balance.

A bit young with strong corn notes. A sweeter bourbon, but it's pretty good in cocktails and neat. I wouldn't recommend on the rocks, it's a bit too mild for that and gets watered down quickly.

A local favorite with all of the making of a great sipper. It gets better each year, each batch. If you can find it where you are, get it!

Sweet vanilla and oak. Smooth some berry fruit flavor. Finish is sweet with a bit of spice.
