About this bottle
This vodka is made from winter wheat sourced from farmers near the Western Rockies of Canada where it is distilled. It is continuously-distilled in three separate copper-plated column-stills. Though it is distilled in Canada, the vodka is brought down to proof in Northern California using water from Mendocino County. It is not carbon-filtered to ensure a flavorful vodka.
