Softer than the standard Russian Standard, the Platinum actually has a much more recessive flavor. Much of the flavor is simply the clean, sweet alcohol with a bit of cold minerality and bitter wheat finish. Taken cold, it tastes a bit grassy with a hint of sweet cream and more wheaty minerals. Very good, but I give the original more brownie points for more character. I imagine this makes a more neutral mixer though.

I'm no conosieur, but the price of this vodka could be almost doubled and I'd still buy it. It's super smooth and if you're an occasional drinker that can't handle rough liquor, I highly recommend it. It's as smooth as sake that has less than half the alcohol content.
While not my absolute personal favorite vodka, it’s still near the top. Factor in the price compared with its amazing quality and this is the best vodka for the price. Chilled it is incredibly neutral, no real scent or taste, and is incredibly smooth.
Mild alcohol aroma, almost odorless nose, smooth water sweet Russian wheat vodka body, very mild burn, sweet superbly smooth finish. Tasted chilled in a tumbler shot.
Nice clean budget vodka. Taste could be bit better, but won’t give u hangover like absolut or smirnoff
Very good vodka for the price point. Has virtually no bite and a nice earthy flavor.
