As expected, vibrant aromas of black licorice, anise, and fennel up front – with subtler notes of lemon peel and mint. All of these notes reappear on the palate, along with a spicy, coriander/pepper characteristic. Full-bodied and intense, with some definite heat from the 60% ABV. 3.50/5.00 – Impressive (neat)
