Mt. Defiance Absinthe Superieure

Hard to say just how good it is, as I haven't been exposed to a great deal of varieties of absinthe. Having said that, this does seem to be a very high quality product, which is corroborated by more experienced absinthe drinkers. It's made with natural ingrediants in a traditional style from France from the turn of the 20th century. I don't think it gets much better in Virginia.

Hard to judge relatively as the distribution is so narrow.

Excellent taste. Best absinthe.
