I bought this not only because I like using Copper & Kings behind the bar but I just really liked the bottle and then they changed the bottle (three stars because I don’t like the new bottle). If you’re making a Sazerac this absinthe gets the job done for a better price than most known absinthe brands.
First absinthe so grain of salt but the 130 proof and the extremely strong profile of flavors makes this a unmistakable beverage and one that is great for sipping or perfect in a cocktail. That is, if you really like black licorice.
