3 Howls Distillery got their name from the legend of Cù-Sìth. This giant hound would take souls into the underworld by howling 3 times. This selection was distilled in copper pot stills and bottled at 46% ABV.

Cinnamon and talc on the nose. Like a fresh scent dryer sheet, but not overpowering. Maybe lavender? Not sweet tasting, long dry finish. Definitely taste botanicals.
Light toffee aroma, faint. Initial hit is a little sour, like green apple. Slowly evolves into a more fiery Carmel like you'd expect, a bit of a journey.
Sharp front with sweet plastic tast in the middle and a bite on the back end
Good spicy bourbon. Long finish. Bit of vanilla sweetnees
