Bardstown Bourbon Co Fercullen Blended Whiskey

Unique… smooth with a little heat in the finish. The sugary brulee really came thhrough after it aired out. Jumped 0.5 in score after it breathed. Typical bourbon flavors, although exceptional, with a hint of the Irish whiskey. All in all a grest pour!

The Irish whiskey comes through and adds nilla wafers with honey. Unique experience. I wish it had a longer finish. The nose gets better if you pour it and let it sit for 30 minutes to really open up.
