Glass: Glencairn, rested 15 minutes. Color: Medium-dark amber. Nose: Caramel and dark fruit. A faint minty note. Palate: Cloves, fruit, some mint, and then oak. Finish: Long with low heat. Splash: Mint reappears. Overall: 9/10 - This is outstanding, with a complex palate and a nice finish. The mint notes were a pleasant surprise.

This pour has all the classic bourbon flavors you’re looking for in a whiskey - caramel, brown sugar, vanilla, and a whiff of cola. Drinks a little bit hotter than its proof, but lingers and is thoroughly enjoyable. Would definitely recommend if you can find it!
Only have a sample. Strawberries and cream, coffee grounds, chicory, vanilla cake, caramel, baking spices, tobacco, semisweet, somewhat viscous, subdued heat, long finish. Fantastic! Barrell is knocking it out of the park lately.
